The staff was VERY helpful, arranged our island bus tour and taxi to the ferry. Our bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good (I slept like a log!). The hotel garden was sunny. The location ROCKS, just a short walk to a nice restaurant and the beach.

The road outside was a little noisy when the window was open.

i could not close the window in my room. traffic noise bothered me because the hotel was at the corner of a busy road. one blind was broken and there were no curtains.

the infrastructure is dated and could use some updating. it did not detract from the experience much.

My room was very clean and provided a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near both the seafront and the bus station, awesome for straightforward travel around the island. Staff members were attentive and readily available to assist with any requirements. The breakfasts were always fresh and plentiful.

The shower produced a weak stream , though the water was adequately heated.

The breakfast did have lovely food and the staff was really good.

The door to the en-suite I did use was very broken. I really struggled to close it when I needed to use the toilet. The water was super chlorinated. I don't know if it was the area. The blinds in the room were also broken. It took so much effort to close them.
