I found helpful staff throughout the hotel. The team answered my questions quickly. My room was super clean. The location is near the town center. Breakfast offered an excellent selection of food.

I found that the room lacked a mini-fridge. This was inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks I wanted to keep cold. I hope they add fridges to the rooms soon.

I found the dining room staff to be very helpful. They were friendly and cute at all times. The food served in the bar was great. Breakfast was also a positive, with a nice selection available each morning.

My room did not have a mini-fridge, a slight inconvenience.

The staff dealt with everything in a very friendly and efficient manner. The reception was excellent. I noticed Dennis was very helpful when I was there, i really appreciated that.

The room was very clean. I found a wonderful shower in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. My family room was lovely, spacious and bright, what more could i have asked for.

The hotel is about an easy walk from town centre. Various mini markets are on the way. There are coffee shops and a Jersey market not too far, convenient, and the hotel is close to downtown.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I found the meals in the hotel bar offered a good choice of menu items and beers. Breakfast stood out with waiter service. The location is convenient, a short walk to the center.

There were a considerable number of stairs to navigate despite the lift, as the hotel consists of several connected townhouses.

the staff looked very helpful. the food, particularly breakfast, presented many tasty options. i encountered no issues when the staff sorted out another room for me as my first room did not suit my needs. the hotel is conveniently located near shops.

The water flow from the shower wasn't strong. It wasn't very good, but it's only a tiny detail. also, the rooms were very hot. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which i found frustrating.

the staff showed real care and were always ready to help. the food was delicious, especially the three-course menu included in my dinner, bed, and breakfast package. my standard double room was super clean and had all the necessary amenities for my short stay.

my room became very hot, made getting a good night's sleep difficult. the room also had a lot of furniture, so there was hardly space for my luggage. the water flow from the shower above the bath was not very good.
