I found the room clean and well-kept. the garden area provided a tranquil escape. i appreciated the ample parking available. It made coming and going very easy. the restaurant menu had reasonable prices, and the food was AMAZING!!!

The reception staff were helpful and cute. They promptly addressed my inquiries. the restaurant staff provided excellent service, and they were very attentive during dinner. lynnet, lenza, diana, and charma were amazing. They looked after me very well.

The hotel had an indoor pool with a sauna, that was a plus. i found good parking available. the breakfast included variety and was plentiful. This worked well for starting the day right.
The room only had one chair, i think, and a stool. It wasn't ideal. i wish there were more comfortable seating options.

The staff were genuinely helpful. The breakfast had many options. The location has bus stops right outside. I appreciated a clean, nice swimming POOL.
I found only a very slight negative. The hotel's decor felt very dated and could use some UPDATING.

Staff members at reception were consistently friendly and helpful, especially diana. The breakfast staff were efficient and always smiling, even early in the morning. The night porter was also very POLITE.
