The staff was friendly. The Drawing Room had a recent decoration. It felt warm and stylish. I did enjoy Omero Pinot Noir.

The salt baked celeriac was not salt baked. It was steamed. This dish tasted inedible. Parsnips were uncooked.

helpful staff friendly staff really good food musky smell plastic kettle absent management

All staff members displayed helpfulness and friendliness. The food tasted really good at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Brian and all of the staff deserve a big thank you.

The room seemed dated and it had a musky smell. The plastic kettle seemed out of place for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I didn't see anyone from management , even after voicing my complaints about the bed.

from arrival, staff displayed attentiveness. our beautiful double room garden view was spacious, it offered a nice garden view. the pool area includes many loungers (perfect for relaxation).

i noticed the gym equipment is a bit outdated.

the meal service was acceptable.

The room felt quite dated. I noticed a plastic kettle. the bed was really uncomfortable. I even requested a mattress change. breakfast was also disappointing. My porridge had to be sent back several times.
