The room was generously sized. It was super clean and well equipped with quality toiletries. The tea and coffee were great too.

The receptionist did not greet us upon arrival. She did not offer a hello. The furniture looked like it belonged in a teenage boy's bedroom. The tea making shelf sloped.

The staff welcomed me warmly. The location is fantastic. It offers great views of the castle and harbor. It's also conveniently a short walk into town (I especially enjoyed the easy access). The restaurant provided a very good dining experience with great food and service.

The room above mine had very creaky floorboards. I could hear every movement, which woke me up a few times. I hope they address this issue in the future, as it somewhat impacted my rest (I did not have a good sleep).

i liked my room. it had a large balcony. this overlooked the city and harbor. it was great to enjoy the breeze on a hot day. the staff were kind and attentive. breakfast was delicious, it had multiple options.

a small thing, the receptionist was not as chatty. i wish there was more interaction at arrival. other than that, the stay was really good. i cannot complain about the entire experience really.
