the room had a tv. it was a nice touch for entertainment.

i was quite disappointed by a few things. the shower was terrible, and there was no shower mat, so i nearly slipped in the bath. the beds were not comfortable either (it was like i was sleeping on a plank). i asked the staff about a shower mat, but they didn't understand, so i had to use a towel.

the staffs was very friendly and helpful to. they was willing to go to the extra mile. i booked this as part of a city break package. the hotel was easy for find and near main attractions. the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

i found we couldn't have the window open at night because it was far too noisy with lots of sirens and traffic.

I found the location quite convenient. It was an easy walk to the city center plus the Hop on Hop Off bus stop was very close. Breakfast offered hot and continental choices and the staff members were friendly. The hotel served as a good base for exploring.
