Comfortable and Convenient Stay
high ceiling easy access
the room was spacious, with high ceilings. the cleanliness was amazing in the room, which i greatly appreciated. furthermore, the location allowed easy access to the city center by foot or tram.

some issues needs attention
broken lights missing toilet paper
i did not like the state of my room. half the lights were not working and i told them about the shower but nothing happened. they didn't even bring any expectations of a four-star hotel. also the housekeeping forgot toilet paper one day, its a total joke.

helpful staff clean room poor coffee missing bread
the staff were very helpful and the room was clean.
The breakfast did not meet my expectations for a 4-star place. There was only toast available, missing normal bread types. even the coffee quality was disappointing, it felt more like a three-star hotel. i really expected more variety.

metro station gluten free options super clean bathroom
the location was good. i could walk five minutes to a metro station. the staff can provide gluten free options with breakfast. this was very helpful for me. the beds are big and comfortable. the bathroom was spacious and super clean.
the hotel did not have a kettle in the room.

awkward shower fixture inconvenient kettle placement
the room's design presented a few problems. the shower fixture was positioned awkwardly. additionally, i found the placement of the kettle inconvenient, as it was not near a bin or the mini-fridge. it was not possible to dispose of teabags or trash easily

basic but flawed stay
short shower pipe practicality sacrifice
the staff were helpful, they answered all our questions.
The shower was odd. the pipe was too short and fixed far from the taps. I feel this design sacrificed practicality.
