We received an unexpected room upgrade. It was a nice surprise. The location proved convenient for exploring the city center. The staff showed polite behavior and gave helpful assistance.
i found the furniture was OLD and UNMATCHED, giving the room a somewhat run-down feel.

The standard double room featured tea and coffee facilities. The room also included necessary bathroom amenities. It was a smallish room. We had two pillows per person, and the linens felt clean. The mattress seemed new.

the staff were really helpful and cute, offering a very personal touch. the shower was nice and hot, which i really appreciated after a long day. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the brewhouse. an indian restaurant right across the road offered convenient dining.
The door closers made some noise. A soft closing mechanism would be much better. the banging doors were a little difficult to sleep through.

The room was well-aired when i arrived. I liked that a lot. cctv operates 24 hours a day. I felt very secure. the hotel offers safe keeping for bicycles. It's always so convenient.

The room was spacious. it was very clean with great amenities. I loved that. the staff were always available and so helpful, and it meant so much.
The radiator made noises all night. i believe it must have been an airlock. the bathroom had a horrible musky smell. It just needs airing out.

The staff was helpful. They showed me to my room. my room had a fridge, a kettle, and a tv. there was lots of tea and coffee available. the hotel is near the train station. It's a short walk to the cricket ground.
i found many stairs. i did not like the room on the third floor. i got a better one on the second floor, though they were small.
