the fire alarm went off two nights in a row i expected better after the first night. no one offered an apology the next day i found that unacceptable. a manager should have addressed the issue and didn't even bother to contact me after that

the bed in the room was very comfortable.

The room faced a wall, which i really didn't like. I expected a better view, and it was also quite noisy with a fan or some machines. the chicken breast at dinner tasted like it had been pumped full of water. It wasn't very good. i did get compensated though.

I stayed in the hotel this year and the location was nice! The driveway looked fantastic, and the receptionist provided a warm welcome with a big smile. Dinner was so great. I tried the penne chilli chicken. It was so delicious. I would rate it 10/10.
