cramped barroom temperature

The bar area felt a bit cramped, a real squeeze when a few people were trying to order. I had to stand awkwardly by the till. the room's temperature control seemed to have a mind of its own, blasting heat even when i tried to turn it down. It.

the staff was amazing, so friendly and always ready to assist. the rooms were lovely and well-kept (i was in a standard double room). i appreciated the excellent food options available.

I noticed the floor in the bedroom had not been swept properly. I informed reception and they promptly addressed the issue.
