The hotel offers a reading room with a selection of books. Breakfast included many varieties. I found the staff very cute and customer-focused. The water pressure in my room was great.

The food delivery wagon made an loud whirring noise at 7am. I was woken up by it.

excellent breakfast excellent cleanliness quick service

the breakfast was excellent with prompt service. i noticed the cleanliness throughout the hotel, excellent. bar food arrived quickly, though the bar area felt a little warm for my liking.

the bathroom in my room felt a bit outdated, it needed some minor improvements

The staff were lovely and accommodating to all requests.

The room was quite small, which I found disappointing. The light outside shone into the room all night due to the old door not fitting properly. I noticed a lot of dust on the picture frame and top of the wardrobe.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good choices. The hotel grounds include ample parking and grassy area with tables. I ate twice in the bar area. It features good design and mood lighting.

The bedroom view faced the rear of the hotel and the carpark.
