I was not impressed with the all-inclusive drink options. You only get three servings of specific alcoholic drinks each day. The beer and wine choices were limited. I opened a dispute with my credit card company because the hotel was not responsive. The first room they gave me had bad drainage in the bathroom, so it flooded after I showered.

The alcoholic drinks selection was disappointing, offering only poor quality wine and beer. Cocktails cost nearly 10€, which i found pricey.

all staff members are nice. they allow you to print necessary documents. they also hold luggage after checkout. i could use hotel facilities until my airport departure. this was a great convenience.
