Excellent stay at a great resort

The hotel upgraded our room (a very nice surprise). Staff members were always helpful and polite. The pools were immaculate and very well-kept. I appreciated the diverse food options at the buffet. There was always something new to try. We enjoyed the various activities available each day. We never had a dull moment.

The gym equipment showed a bit of rust, a very slight flaw in an otherwise excellent hotel.

The hotel is located a short distance from the airport, around 24 minutes away, made transfers easy. There is convenient access to a nearby shopping center and the beach from the premises. The sunsets are fine from this location.

The pools offered a range of options for both families and adults seeking relaxation. Entertainment options were plentiful. The animation team put on fabulous shows. A free parking area outside the hotel was useful (there is also underground parking).

The room was spacious and very clean. It featured a balcony offering beautiful ocean views. Air conditioning worked efficiently, crucial during the warmer days. There was also a useful refrigerator in the room.

i found the animation team fabulous with their shows. we had a large two bedroom family room. it felt spacious and immaculate. the pools were gorgeous. some were family ones and others were for adults.

the food and drinks offering feels like it comes from aldi and lidl private labels.
