The breakfast offered many delicious choices and the presentation was beautiful. Our room had a spotlessly clean interior. The outdoor swimming pool was also quite nice with its comfortable sunbeds (I had a fantastic time).

The steam room was not operational. I found the air conditioning to be of poor quality. The jacuzzi in the outdoor area was cold.

The hotel's proximity to the sea is EXCELLENT. I also appreciated the breakfast. There was a great variety of options available. The staff offered super nice service. They explained everything about the hotel upon arrival.

The indoor pool was COLD. The jacuzzi was not working at all. There was no kettle in the room.

poor soundproofing neglected maintenance

Breakfast was decent and offered good healthy options.

I found the lack of soundproofing frustrating (you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms). The mini-fridge barely cooled anything, annoying. Some of the maintenance seemed neglected. For instance, the toilet flush handle stuck and was never fixed .

Great Hotel and Convenient Location

wide selection pool bar

The breakfast had a wide selection of continually refreshed continental and cooked food. The pool area includes plenty of reclining sun loungers and a pool bar that serves food during the day. (It was great to have these options available.) I will be returning next year for a longer stay.

The front desk staff and manager were not helpful when I had questions. It was the worst customer care I experienced during my trip.

The location is excellent for access to bars, restaurants, and the main square. The hotel is within walking distance to the main city area. Cliff caves are a short walk away.

The breakfast buffet offers great options and variety in the morning. A pool bar is available with a wide range of fresh food options and cocktails. I found the food and drinks to be reasonably priced.
