Sometimes I contact Karen and Ruth at the hotel and they make the reservations. Ruth makes contact a few days before I arrive to check my restaurant reservations. I return every month because I am happy with my experiences.

The bath was full after only thirty seconds on my latest trip. I think there is an issue as all rooms feature baths and this is a rare find. I noted the short time for filling .

Everything I have ordered was perfect from the menu. Chefs really know how to cook a steak to perfection. The lamb shank and boeuf bourgignon are tender. You do not need a knife. Baked camembert starter is wonderful.

The view from the hotel is legendary. I see how the view changes with different seasons. Many times this year I walked up Cleeve Hill, to the rear of the hotel. I could see views from higher levels.

During my last five night stay, Jake served me dinner. He is ultra-professional. Oscar, Lily, Ava, and Reece also provided great service. Miley looked after my breakfasts. Bexley is the maestro of all he surveys.

the location is excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the garden nice. fine views were all around the hotel.

the radiator temperature in my room was not adjustable. i couldn't control the heat. the telephone also did not work to contact reception.

The cooked breakfast presented a delicious experience. I found a great variety of tasty options. Croissants were fresh! I also appreciated the view from my bedroom window. Sabby, the manager and waiter, was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needed more cleaning attention. The bath taps had some residue.
