Okay Location, Some Disappointing Aspects

The room felt quite dated. The decor in the hallways needs a refresh. New carpets and paint are a must to bring it back to life. Breakfast was below par for a supposed four-star hotel (i thought the breakfast would be better). The pastries seemed stale, and the cooked English option was average at best. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like toast and butter.

my room was not what I was expecting. the photographs online misrepresented the actual conditions. there were no drawers available for storing small clothing items. the bathroom lacked counter space for toiletries, and the shower over bath lacked a rubber bathmat, a potential safety hazard.

I appreciated the friendly, family vibe with a touch of class. the staff were really helpful and friendly. the location was great. It was quiet and had a nice little park close by. it seemed like a posh area and i LOVED it.

our room needed more toiletries and the shower didn't work right. the heating was also inadequate. it was a shame because everything else was very good.

The hotel had ample parking if you book in advance. The staff was also very friendly, and the breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and very close to the town centre.

The hotel falsely advertised a swimming pool as one of its amenities. The pool required a ten-minute walk and crossing a busy road to access it. The pool itself was not well-kept and didn't match the pictures advertised.
