the staff were very friendly i must say. i also appreciated the location, close to many restaurants and metro stations. the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. i saw the bosphorus, hagia sofia, galata tower, etc.

my room was basic, very small, and had outdated facilities. the mirror had broken cracks, which should have been fixed. the metal bottle for hand soap near the mirror was rusty. the coffee at breakfast was really bad i couldn't drink it.

the location was very convenient. it was easy to access many shops and restaurants. the rooftop restaurant had amazing views. i could see many historical landmarks from there.

the breakfast was just okay. it didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this level. the room i was assigned was not as appealing as the pictures i saw online. also, the lighting in the room wasn't very good. there wasn't enough light near the kitchenette area.
