Fantastic City Center Stay!

The location is amazing. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. The breakfast had a great choice of options. the staff was really helpful with directions and local tips, so helpful!

I noticed the flooring in my room looked worn and could benefit from a deep clean. I think a proper refurbishment of the floors would improve the room's appearance.

the hotel is very well located.. it is close to the tram station.

the room smelled super badly, so i felt frustrated. the shower looked ugly and shower curtains contained stains, which i found disgusting. the room had dust everywhere, definitely the worst experience ever!

The breakfast included many varied options I enjoyed to start my day. Attractions were within an easy walk and public transport was very close too. The staff was friendly and very helpful . The location proved ideal for exploring the city.

The room cleaning was not the best and it smelled slightly strange .

The breakfast selection featured both savory and sweet choices, along with a variety of drinks and tasty coffee, I really enjoyed it and thought it was of good quality for a hotel this size.

The woman at reception with dark hair provided excellent assistance regarding my phone charger problem, she were really nice with great efficiency and a warm smile, I really appreciate that kind of service.

The hotel had air conditioning available, very beneficial given my room was on the top floor, I found this made my stay more comfortable and helped me sleep soundly after long days.

The location was perfect and many attractions are close by, Rimi Express and various restaurants are just around the corner too, I did not need to use any public transport.
