the breakfast buffet included lots of options and was really good. i liked the different types of breads and cheeses available. the hotel also has a nice private beach area. it features comfortable loungers and umbrellas .

the elevator system felt a little slow at peak times.

the location is excellent it is right by the beach with beautiful sea views that live up to the photos the staff were attentive and clearly trained to care about guest experience i found that to be very helpful. the room was super clean well-designed and felt genuinely comfortable rather than just 'hotel nice'.

the hotel policy seemed to charge extra for everything they could delivering a pizza from the restaurant to the room cost 10 euros i felt that was unexpected. it's peculiar that you have to book a specific timeframe for a visit to the spa that limits the possibilities.

The hotel location is right on the beach. The front desk staff provided great hospitality. I want to especially thank Mr Kristers, Ms. Maja, and Santa. The hotel features a spa zone, restaurants, and a bar.

Rooms felt outdated. The cocktails were expensive. I found the rooms to be very small. The experience did not feel like a 5-star hotel. It seemed more like a 3-star hotel.

The staff was helpful, acceptable.

The air conditioning unit was EXTREMELY noisy all night, so a decent rest was impossible. The banging sounds were awful. It seems unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.

small tv unresponsive air conditioning

the location was great since it was right by the sea. i liked that there was a cafe on the hotel grounds.

i was disappointed by the condition of the room. the furniture felt old, and the tv was quite small (not what i expect from a hotel in this price range). the air conditioning didn't seem to respond to adjustments either.
