Excellent services and perfect location

The staff showed great kindness. They assisted with every request. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Rooms had effective soundproofing. I appreciate the hotel proximity to main tourist spots including the Blue Mosque. Grand Bazaar was a short walk of approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Breakfast did not fully meet expectations. The variety was limited. Some items seemed less fresh. I think improvements are possible.

Fantastic Stay!

The breakfast offered many choices! It was a Turkish buffet. The hotel's location is very central. Most tourist attractions are only about 10 minutes away by walking! There is also a tram stop just five minutes away. The staff members were friendly and polite, always accommodating my needs.

The room was not soundproofed very well, and I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The hotel provided an excellent, varied breakfast, including a lot of tasty food. Many options were available, and everything was clean. I really liked the fresh buffet every morning and the traditional Turkish coffee.

the breakfast buffet offers many options. each morning, i found fresh fruit and a selection of local pastries. the staff were helpful with directions. they explained the tram system and helped me plan my day.

the street noise at NIGHT made it hard to sleep.

The location was convenient I could easily walk to major attractions. The breakfast had many options I appreciated the variety. The staff was helpful with directions I found this very useful.

The room was small it felt cramped. The soundproofing was poor I could hear noise from other rooms. The gym was limited it had only a few machines.
