The location was quite central. The building had an original design (it stood out nicely). My room was very clean. The sanitary set in the bathroom had different shampoos and hair conditioners.

I noticed the level of service was not what I expected. I inquired about omelettes during breakfast, the staff replied they would try. After 30 minutes, another waiter said it was definitely not coming. I found this strange (I was ready to pay extra).

the location was handy to everything. i could easily walk to different spots. the room felt very clean and spacious. i appreciate the ironing board and iron provided, it was a plus. also, the staff proved friendly and helpful.

i found only half-full little bottles with shampoos in the bathroom.

Breakfast included everything possible for every taste and i found plenty of fresh options available. there was also plenty of room to eat and relax. It was just what i hoped for, if not more.

the tv in the room did not work properly many channels were unavailable. there was a mix-up regarding payment for my pet which was not clarified during check-in leading to unexpected charges. i also found the staff's response to my issues inadequate i expected better service

The hotel offered a quiet room. The location was close to both the old town and shopping opportunities. Breakfast in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. The restaurant is also in a glass pyramid.
