the tv in the room did not work properly many channels were unavailable. there was a mix-up regarding payment for my pet which was not clarified during check-in leading to unexpected charges. i also found the staff's response to my issues inadequate i expected better service

The hotel offered a quiet room. The location was close to both the old town and shopping opportunities. Breakfast in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. The restaurant is also in a glass pyramid.
