the hotel's location proved convenient for exploring. the staff members i encountered were consistently friendly and helpful. my room was quite clean and well kept. (i really appreciated the attention to detail!)

i found the noise from the hallway somewhat disruptive. the soundproofing seemed minimal, as i could hear conversations and footsteps quite clearly. this made it difficult to relax fully in my room during certain times.

The pillows were terrible (honestly!). they felt lumpy and cheap. the bathroom was also quite small, and the door lock didn't work. i wasn't thrilled with breakfast either. It was in this strange basement-like area. the juices were awful and served from open containers.

the location was very convenient. it was an easy walk from the central station! the main bus stop and tourist attractions were close. the team at the hotel spoke english and helped me well.

The room was cold, even though it was summer. the bathroom had a bad smell every time i opened the door. the staff did not help me with my pram. This was inconvenient.
