Dining: Restaurant Le Dome

Le Dome Restaurant is known as the best seafood restaurant in Riga, serving traditional regional dishes with modern twists, focusing on local, seasonal produce. Restaurant Chef Ronald Striguns retains the natural flavors of local ingredients. Kristaps Sīlis offers a dinner menu using local farm and worldwide food products.
