Wonderful Stay!

spacious room comfy bed nice minibar high-end furniture

The rooms were spacious. I had a really comfy bed. The minibar looked very nice, and the furniture was high-end. It felt very calm despite other guests on my floor. The halls, entrance, and corridors were large. The ground floor had Christmas decorations!

The rooftop bar and restaurant's staff did not act in a timely manner.

The hotel location is amazing. Everything is accessible. i found all the facilities to be of high quality! the staff members were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the beautiful room king was well-appointed, offering excellent comfort.

I thought the minibar prices were a little high. Perhaps more competitively priced options would improve this

the location was very central. it made exploring easy. the spa facilities were fine and the staff there were wonderful (i especially enjoyed the massage).

the hotel is great, but i noticed a slight delay with the room service one evening.
