missing towels small room

the room was quite small. i needed to request towels because they were absent upon arrival. the receptionist did not seem particularly enthusiastic, a detail i found disappointing. frankly, for just one person with a suitcase, space felt limited near the bed.

The hotel provided a transport pass upon arrival. This included discounts at museums. My room was a triple, with an additional bed in the next room, which ensured privacy. I enjoyed the balcony with outdoor seating because the weather was so nice!
