I appreciated the breakfast being included with my stay. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable throughout the hotel. I found the location convenient for accessing Basel by tram. The proximity to the Swiss border was also a plus.

The hallways was to only be cleaned once a day, so trash left outside rooms sometimes lingered.

the location is excellent, near the swiss border. it is a short walk to the tram into basel. there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. the café across the road is amazing.

The hotel has no air conditioning. It was difficult to sleep during hot days. two fans helped a little.
