excellent breakfastfriendly serviceno conciergeno tea
The breakfast was EXCELLENT. The service was friendly. There were many choices at the buffet, and the view was beautiful. Our corner room had a view of the river, which I liked.
I was a bit disappointed about what the hotel offered for a 4 star hotel. There was no concierge to help with luggage. There was also no tea or coffee offered in the room. You have to pay for it.

the staff were helpful and cute the hotel has a wonderful view of the rhine river which i liked.
i found the room sparsely furnished with cheap-looking furniture it felt more like staying in a youth hostel bare walls and charmless decor made the room uninviting the bathroom resembled a hospital operating theatre lacking any warmth or comfort.

the hotel is situated directly on the rhine river. my room featured a balcony offering views of the rhine. breakfast was abundant and i found many options. the staff showed great attention to detail.
my room faced inland and lacked comfort. the furniture looked cheap i was disappointed. the room decor was not appealing and minimalist.
