the location was very convenient. i could walk to many attractions. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. the staff were friendly and helpful .
This limited my workout options. the parking fee seemed a bit expensive for overnight guests. my room lacked sufficient lighting, it made it difficult to read in the evenings.

Excellent Stay by the Rhine

The hotel is next to the Rhine River. I found many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
My room felt very cold. The heating system was not very effective.

The fitness area includes a swimming pool that is warm. Breakfast offers lots of options and the staff supported wherever needed. The hotel provides convenient parking.

the rooms were larger THAN expected! onsite parking was a bonus, VERY convenient. I liked the room setup. it was clean and stylish
the pool facility cost five euros daily per person. this seemed high and unexpected. i hope the hotel considers including it in the room rate

the rooms were great i stayed in a superior king room! breakfast included a wide selection of items, including vegan options, i was so pleased. i found the staff very courteous and friendly, especially at the front desk.

The location is excellent i discovered. It is only a 5-minute walk from the city centre. i could easily access various transport options from the hotel. it is very convenient indeed

i found the location excellent, near the river. my room included a comfortable chair and stable internet, perfect for work. i enjoyed the use of the pool and appreciated the provision of towels. staff were polite, and i found them helpful.
the room service payment policy required immediate payment.

The buffet meal provided a good choice of food. It was generally excellent! the restaurant staff were attentive and provided good service. the barman on the terrace was particularly helpful, he was very kind. drinks were always served promptly.

the hotel is located directly by the rhine. i found the hotel near the city center. i was able to easily walk to work at the convention center. the proximity to the river is a big plus.

the reception staff were cute. one staff member, hayat, stood out for her really good assistance. another staff member, rosita, was always smiling and helpful. the staff addressed every request with efficiency

i was disappointed the coffee machine in my room was broken despite reporting this to reception it was never repaired the front desk staff were impolite and not especially helpful
