central location extra toilet polite staff bare room missing trashcans uncomfortable niche

The location is really central. It made getting around easy. my room included an extra toilet, useful. reception staff were polite. they were also helpful.

The room was quite bare. there weren't trash cans in the bedroom. i found it uncomfortable to sit against the wall niche near the bed. It affected reading. the heating was off, and the room felt cold.

great location friendly staff clean room

the location was great, especially if you plan to attend the carnival. the staff was very friendly. rooms were clean, and they were cleaned whenever requested.

the photographs don't represent the hotel. the single room is like that of a hostel. it needs a new mattress and pillow.
