The hotel was close to transport links. Bus and tram stops were a short walk. a supermarket was nearby, alongside convenient food options. i found the sauna and indoor pool open from 7 am to 11 pm. the air conditioning in my room worked well, and the bathroom included a clean bathtub.

the minibar in my room wasn't working which was slightly inconvenient.

Excellent stay near everything

The hotel had easy access from the highway. I found a big parking lot in the back. The train station is only about seven minutes walk away. I also saw a Rewe grocery store very close. Reception offered complimentary Glühwein and christmas cookies, which i found good.

The air conditioner in the room seemed quite old. It did not work properly, I felt very hot. The hotel is located next to big highways, it was SUPER noisy all night. I couldn't sleep WELL!!!

The staff was WONDERFUL!!! Everyone i met was friendly, smiling, and cute. The receptionist Karla was very polite and helpful, and gave us all required information. I felt very welcomed.

The pool and sauna are a bonus here, a GREAT facility after a long day. The foyer was dressed for Christmas and it was fabulous. A complimentary candybar in the lobby gives a nice touch, VERY thoughtful!!!

The breakfast variety was good with many options available!!! There were specialty fruits and jellies, along with plain and flavored yogurts. The bed was firm. This was comfortable for my friend, though a bit hard for me.

Staff seemed unable to find a different room when i asked.

We had easy access from the highway with a big parking lot. Though it was a paid service. the train station was close to the hotel. It was about a 7 minute walk. a rewe grocery store being next door provided great convenience. the staff was kind.

The air conditioner looked quite old and its performance seemed substandard. the room became uncomfortably hot. I was unable to adjust the temperature effectively.
