Absolutely Great Stay!

convenient location drying function cute staff

The location was awesome, right next to the train station. A washing machine with a drying function really helped. The staff are very cute. That's always a plus! I had everything needed in the apartment.

The air conditioning was really poor, just a cooling fan. I had to go to reception to pick up items I requested. The service was inconsistent.

small room extra parking charge

The location near the train station worked well for my travel plans.

I found the room smaller than expected, it looked larger in the website photos. Parking was an extra charge, it was not included in the high room rate. Paying extra for parking plus the lack of breakfast makes it overpriced compared to other options.

Really good Stay and Convenient Location

transport hub friendly staff

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the transport hub. This made traveling very easy. The breakfast selection offered a good variety. I also found the staff friendly and accommodating.

The complimentary water was only provided on the first day. I believe daily replenishment would further enhance guest satisfaction.

service inconsistencies noted

inconsistent service random cleaning

the staff were not always on the same page (i noticed this especially when asking for water). i found some personnel to be quite helpful, while others seemed less willing to assist. also, the room cleaning was inconsistent. it was supposed to happen every three days, but it seemed a bit random and not always thorough.

the room was spacious it included a complete kitchen. the layout and decor added something special to my stay. the shower was also spacious a true delight.

staff were unfriendly and didn't seem willing to help a poor tone for my stay. housekeeping services did not happen a problem. there was a persistent bad smell in the room i stayed in.
