The pools offered so many different experiences. The saunas felt so rejuvenating! i found the adult-only areas perfect for a serene experience with my partner. the staff was so kind and helpful, especially when i needed directions to the nearby shops. i felt very cared for.
I wish i knew about the spa's clothing-optional policy. It caught me off guard.

The spa was relaxing, with a good variety of saunas and clean spaces. I found the hotel accessible by train, a major plus for my travel plans. There was a cool vietnamese restaurant nearby which added to my stay.
I found that the breakfast was expensive.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable and the temperature was comfortable the staff was attentive to requests. the hotel is located a short walk from the central activities and u-bahn stops i travelled to phantasialand and the u-bahn station was a direct ride to the park shuttle. the pools and saunas are amazing
the pillows were uncomfortable i had difficulty getting a proper night's sleep. the rooms were not well soundproofed footsteps and conversations in the hallway disturbed our rest around 2 a.m. certain facilities such as the spa required an extra fee
