Mina, Delia, and Stephanie are friendly at the front desk. The bathroom had a window for ventilation, which I thought was acceptable.

Something was wrong with the card-reader. I had to go back to reception every night for a new one. My room was in a "semi-floor. " I had to climb stairs to get there. The terrain around the hotel is a nightmare for trolley suitcases. I didn't appreciate that.

I really appreciated the location, it was right on the river. Plus, the views were amazing, especially from my large double room river view. complimentary coffee and pastry in the morning were such a good touch, and the quiet atmosphere of the building.

i loved that my room had a complimentary drink. coffee and tea were available inside the room, super nice. the location is near the river and the night view was lovely! it was also a short walk to the famous cathedral.

The heating and air conditioning had a problem. the receptionist told me the heating was set to 18°c when it was much colder outside. i wanted it increased but nothing changed. It felt pretty cold.

the hotel's location is excellent with walkable distance to the train station. there are lots of restaurants all around the hotel. restaurants offer discounts to hotel guests. it's right in front of the river!!!
