The hotel is very close to the river. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. I found a great kids' area where children could play. The breakfast buffet offered many choices (it was really a good way to start the day!).

The room was a bit small, but not too much to become a real problem.

The rooms are modern and very clean. I stayed in a Family Room. The rooms have great views of the area and are very quiet. A speaker in the bathroom connects to the TV (that was a cool feature!).

This hotel is in a great location for all the city has to offer. It is within walking distance of the train station and the chocolate museum. The cathedral and other attractions are nearby. A scenic walk along the canal is steps away.

the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the christmas markets , and the lindt chocolate factory was nearby. parking was easily accessible , and the front desk validated the ticket for our entire stay upon arrival. the staff members were amazing and very helpful. dinner at the restaurant was delicious , i enjoyed it very much.

i noticed there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room , so i needed to purchase some from a vending machine.
