the bathroom was big enough.

the check-in process proved challenging as i booked three rooms. i was required to complete the same form for each room, a process i found unnecessarily lengthy. the building features just one small elevator, it only accommodates a maximum of four people, insufficient for such a large hotel, which i found inconvenient.

I really appreciated the easy self check-in process. It was super efficient. the luggage lockers were also very useful for storing my bags before check-in. the location was great. It was only a short walk to the main attractions. i also appreciated that i received a kind room upgrade on arrival so my booked rooms were next to each other!

i found the walls to be a bit thin. i could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms, a little distracting.

the room decor is really beautiful! the check-in process was smooth. staff were very responsive and helpful, even though it's mostly automatic.

The room felt a bit minimalistic. It really needed a kettle. i noticed the storage on the 3rd floor was empty, so i couldn't borrow one.
