Superb Stay in a Prime Location!

The reception staff were wonderfully helpful when I needed to change rooms. I found the two-story room quite good, and the bathroom had a window for ventilation. Armchairs were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean. It had everything needed for simple meal preparation. Plenty of storage meant I could unpack all my belongings. The location is AMAZING for exploring the historical center. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance.

The room I occupied did suffer from a lack of soundproofing, allowing noise from outside to be quite noticeable.

The check-in process was efficient and friendly, with staff offering cava upon arrival, which I found a thoughtful touch. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries I had. I definitely appreciated this level of service, it was very friendly!!!

Breakfast included fresh and delicious items, this made starting the day a treat. While I didn't have other meals at the hotel, the breakfast quality suggested that the other dining options would also be very good, the food was AMAZING!!!

The location was perfect. i appreciated the well-equipped studio, it had everything i needed. the staff was polite and helpful, especially micaela. I hope to return soon.

The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. i also noticed homeless people near the area every day. I did not feel safe.

The room was clean upon arrival, this I can confirm.

Sound isolation needs improvement as noise from outside and the nearby bar was quite disturbing. I found it hard to sleep well. These issues must be addressed.

i stayed for a few nights and the apartment was super clean and beautifully furnished. it included everything i could possibly need which was so charming. i was really surprised to find two different pillows on the comfy bed. plus, there was plenty of storage space, a real bonus!!!

i did notice some water running in the walls when i was upstairs in the loft. also, i could hear the lift since i was quite close. it was a very minor issue though.

the rooms are not sound proof despite the description. homeless people loitered in the area every day. i found the low ceilings and beams made it easy to hit my head, even in the shower.

I had an issue with noise. the rooms are not soundproof at all. it was easy to hear people in the street at night. the noise from the nearby social center was particularly bad. I didn't get much sleep.
