small roomincomplete toiletries
The room felt quite cramped I thought. There was barely enough space to move around with luggage. The provided toiletries seemed incomplete as well I noticed. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot and it was difficult to get a consistently warm shower. The Wi-Fi signal was weak at times, interrupting my work.

the hotel's location was quite central, very close to main tourist attractions.
my room was smaller than expected and faced the inner courtyard at eye level, so keeping the curtains open felt impossible it lacked privacy the staff seemed rushed and not particularly cute i really wanted a coffee machine but there was none.

I appreciated the excellent location near the cathedral. It made sightseeing very easy. the bed and linens were of high quality, and ensured a restful sleep. the staff offered helpful restaurant recommendations and reservations without my asking.
The room was quite small, with limited space for luggage. This was a slight inconvenience.

the hotel offers a cafe that opens each morning. the breakfast included consistent choices of cold cuts, cheeses and marmalade, though some variety would have been welcomed. a tomato dish was prepared only upon request.

The reception staff was consistently helpful and friendly, offering valuable assistance. the staff were attentive during breakfast. They ensured a pleasant experience. restaurant recommendations and reservations were provided proactively. This added to the positive experience.

The hotel is steps away from the cathedral. It is a very central location. this location provides easy access to the marina and shopping areas. This enhances the convenience. the immediate vicinity has a lot of restaurants and shops.

the hotel location was acceptable.
the air conditioning did not work properly. there were also ants in the room, quite unpleasant. the breakfast selection was repetitive, consisting of the same items each day without much variety.
