I really appreciated the helpful advice from pat and anne. the breakfasts were delicious (i loved the fresh fruit!). the location is great with easy access to public transport. It was easy to explore. the two dogs added a special touch. They reminded me of furry family members.

the walls seemed a bit thin, so i could occasionally hear some noise from neighboring rooms. it wasn't a major issue, but it was noticeable at times.

Ann gave us a thorough explanation of the surrounding area upon arrival. She offered helpful tips and recommended several restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing! The location is convenient, it is easily accessible to the city via the DART, but perfectly nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.

The host asked many questions and seemed overly controlling. The room felt cold. We had to request heat. Only one radiator actually worked.

The staff provided a very warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast included delicious homemade bread. The location offered quick access to the city via the bus line. The room was clean and of a good size.

The water was only lukewarm for showers. The bed was two small beds put together. I needed to ask for heat in the room. The room decoration seemed a bit dated.
