friendly staff clean room delicious food condescending lady extra charge
The staff was AMAZING!!! They were very friendly and wanted to deliver a good experience. The room was clean and well kept. Food and drink were very well done.
I found the lady who checked us in quite condescending. There was an extra charge upon checkout for breakfast.

amazing experience

submarine inventor warm greeting tasty curry friendly service
i noticed a monument for john holland, the submarine inventor, right in the car park. the manager greeted me warmly. i did not book a table, but the hotel was busy. she gave me a nice seat at the bar. i had tasty chicken curry with friendly service.
I had a minor issue with the room size. It felt a little small given the furniture placement.

this building has vintage charm and a quirky interior. disability access made things easy for me as i struggle with mobility. the staff were friendly and helpful .
my room did not include breakfast so i had to pay extra.

great staff delicious dinner nice decoration extra charge no wifi
the staff are great. they were always ready to help me. i had dinner, and it was exellent. the hotel is very nicely decorated.
i had a extra charge upon checkout for breakfast. i was not happy about that. the wifi would not connect, and i ended up using my mobile data.

the staff was wonderful i found them very attentive to my needs the hotel boasts a lot of tradition i noticed it is well-supported by locals. the hotel has a current feel the food tasted delicious. the location is in the heart of everything.

clean bathroom comfortable bed fabulous breakfast small room steep stairs no elevator
the bathroom was really clean. the bed was super comfortable! i reminded me of i was sleeping on a cloud. breakfast was also fabulous! the food was delicious.
the room was way too small! it was difficult to move around with furniture and luggage. there were lots of stairs from the parking lot to the entrance! no elevator was available.
