the room was clean and well-designed. it was super quiet inside, though the hotel is in a lively area. staff were really friendly and always ready to assist, i had a takeaway breakfast, tasty. i enjoyed a cappuccino while i waited
i found the room lacked sufficient storage space, and there was no fridge. also, the hairdryer was not functional.

The location was great. It was easy to get around.
My room was right above the bar, so it was very noisy! I also noticed a bad smell when I first got there. It was like the floor had been cleaned with dirty water. I had to wipe the floor multiple times to get it clean.

The room was clean, I found no sign of pests. Check-in was quick, I had no hassle. Location was great, I did enjoy the view of the river. Hot water gets hot.
I stayed on the second floor and there was a not so great smell sometimes in reception.
