mixed feelings about this stay

missing transferfirm bed

the transfer from the train station never happened, so i paid for a taxi i was told they waited but left after a short time. the room felt too warm even with the balcony door open. the bed was two separate mattresses and too firm i found this disappointing

The location is superb and the view includes the alps. complimentary parking was available right near the entrance. the pool and spa area were a highlight. It seemed like a private experience one morning when staff turned everything on just for me.. how nice!

the hotel needs to upgrade its ventilation system, because there was no fresh air in the hotel. the lack of proper air circulation resulted in a noticeable musty smell around the reception area.

Breakfast offered locally grown and produced food. Fresh eggs could be ordered. dinner tasted excellent, especially on the half board meal plan.. i felt so relaxed and well-fed.
