charmed stay

central location tourist pass free transport
the hotel is very central (a real bonus!). staff gave me a free tourist pass for local transport, which i really liked. there was also free transport to and from the station, i really appreciated this a lot.
My room was next to a busy road. The street noise and loud people kept me from sleeping well, and light shone in my room.

The hotel provides free railway station pick up and drop service. This made arrival and departure seamless. a restaurant and bakery are located next to the hotel, offering convenient dining options. the hotel provides complimentary shuttle to and from the train station.

the room was large and very clean, it had a nice view of the town and mountains. rooms feature terraces, offering views of the snow-capped mountains when the weather is nice. the rooms are equipped with a key on a bulky wooden block.

the hotel is centrally located, close to the lake and shopping area. the location is convenient to both the lake and shopping areas, this makes exploring easy. easy bus access to all other resorts is available, which simplifies traveling.

the staff is gracious and helpful, always ready to answer questions (so attentive!). they sent me an email with clear directions to the hotel. the staff also arranged transportation to the train station when i left, this was very useful.
