the staff were friendly and prioritized room cleaning upon my early arrival. i received a room upgrade. the breakfast included prosecco and offered a variety of choices , like cheese and salmon.
the carpet on the public stairs showed some wear.

central location great breakfast mineral water
i found the location advantageous for accessing both shops and the train station. the breakfast included a wonderful selection and i enjoyed it. the classical style of my room was nice and pleasing. two bottles of mineral water were provided, a thoughtful touch, we loved it.
the public stairs had carpet i found a little worn.

my room included dark wood furniture and a very spacious bathroom. there was a rainfall shower plus complimentary toiletries. the king-sized bed included quality linens and firm pillows i liked so much.

the hotel restaurant featured elegant decor and a sophisticated ambiance. i observed that breakfast service offered an assortment of fresh pastries. the staff maintained constant refills of all hot items. plenty of jams and spreads were available.

comfy bed warm quilt wood paneling missing air conditioning noisy street odd plug
My single room was LOVELY. The bed featured a super warm quilt and was very comfy. The wood paneling.
I was disappointed that my room lacked air conditioning. This could be an issue during warmer months. The window had to stay open onto a noisy street. I also noticed odd plug sockets in the room that required a special adapter.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station. The staff was attentive. I was happy about my room upgrade. The shampoo and conditioner provided were high quality, and there were chocolates at reception.
The public stairs carpet showed some wear. It could use a deep clean or replacement.

The hotel has a great location close to the main station. Friendly staff assisted with early cleaning of my room. I even received an upgrade to a room! TV had many channels in English too.

useful feature excellent variety dirty carpet floor fan
The location was convenient. The hotel provided a city pass, a very useful feature. Breakfast had an excellent variety of food. The restaurant food was also really good.
The carpet on the public stairs was not very clean. I saw no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. In summer, this might cause an issue for some guests. The hotel provided a floor fan however.
