Adequate Stay at Harbour Hotel

I appreciated the hotel's location. It is just in the town center. The location faces a gorgeous view of the Alps and Constance Lake. Breakfast was quite good too. I am grateful for the tea offered in the spa and pool area.

The hotel advertised air conditioning. When I arrived, the air conditioning did not work. I was told that it was not turned on except in the summer, unacceptable. I felt I could have stayed in a less expensive hotel for the poor night's sleep I got.

cleaning inconsistencies shower design

the location WAS acceptable, DIRECTLY by the harbour and near the corner cafe.

THE staff at reception showed no interest in helping guests. my room was NOT adequately cleaned, and i noticed inconsistencies in the cleaning quality. THE bathroom lacked a proper shower door or curtain, causing water to spread all over the floor after showering. i find this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
