surprisingly smooth stay!
short walk supermarket proximity easy check-in
The train station is a short walk away, only minutes. i found a supermarket right next door, super convenient (i forgot toothpaste!). the staff made check-in easy. I was in my room in no time.
the bathroom lacked space for toiletries, i had to keep my bag on the floor.

The room design features a shared door for the bathroom and wardrobe. transparent glass separates the toilet and beds. Curtains offer privacy. the shower has great water pressure and temperature.

comfortable base for city exploration
clean room great breakfast sauna access friendly staff
i found the room very clean, and the breakfast was great. access to the sauna was a definite plus. the location was ideal for my plans (i was attending an event nearby). the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions.
the gym was smaller than i anticipated, with limited equipment.

the hotel offers a sauna on the fifth floor, kept very clean. daily cleaning service kept my room tidy, with fresh towels and bed making included (appreciated!).

helpful staff excellent location
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Julia at the front desk and Raman in the breakfast area were helpful. Fran from the evening restaurant was a super cool guy! The location is excellent. It is only a six-minute walk to Altsteten station, with trains to the main station only two stops away. The Coop market next door is open until 9:30 PM, so it is easy to get food and drinks.
The bathroom was a bit small, without enough space to hang a towel or place a toothbrush.
