i appreciated the proximity to public transport. tram number 4 runs frequently. there are also supermarkets nearby for convenience. the hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out a great help for travel plans.

the hotel is close to a tram stop providing easy access to the city center. the tram runs every 10 minutes. several grocery stores and a coffee shop are also within walking distance of the hotel.

the hotel staff were kind and available to assist guests. they accommodated a late dinner request even as the kitchen was closing. i valued the helpful and cute service provided by the team.

i thought the breakfast was really great. they had a wide selection of fresh foods and beverages. one morning i saw that there were no grilled vegetables, and a staff member made some just for me! i was also happy to access the tram so close. it also helped that i could walk to the coop!
the housekeeping and some of the front desk service was not good. i had asked for a replacement for a speaker that was broken in the room three times. nothing happened. i asked for housekeeping, and the first day they did a poor job with dust still all over. the next day they didn't even do it and i reminded them like five times. really bad.
