THE receptionist martyn was friendly. He was very cute when I arrived LATE from my flight. The lady at reception during the day was also helpful. She helped us get another room after I asked because our original room had a strong smell.
The room was smoke-free though it smelt of cigarette smoke. Cleaning staff tried to enter the room despite the Do not disturb sign. The room was VERY badly insulated, I could hear almost everything around.

The family room was clean, and I found plenty of towels. A portable air conditioner was available. It helped a lot during warm days. I had easy access to supermarkets, useful.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbor conversations.

The front desk personnel were very professional. They maintained records neatly. The team provided daily towel replacement and bed-making. I am very grateful for the fast and easy check-in, and I appreciate their effort.
