the hotel's proximity to the concert hall was a true blessing. our room was quiet, shielding us from the hustle and bustle of the road. the parking garage offered convenient access directly to the reception area .
i found the restaurant service to be slow , even when the restaurant was not crowded. waiting 30 minutes just for drinks was like a test of patience.
