Check-in was smooth and fast. The room was clean and cosy. I found free parking and its location was central. It's a short walk to the venue I needed to attend. I found this location very useful for my trip.
The street noise was quite noticeable late at night. Sleep was difficult to get. I think the windows need better glazing.

I stayed three nights for a local wedding. the location proved central. there was free parking. my room felt spacious. I slept amazingly in the comfortable bed! the mini kitchen was a bonus. It included tea, coffee, a fridge, toaster, and sink.
The shower didn't work perfectly. Hopefully, management can address it!
