a lovely stay with minor hiccups

dolomites view indoor pool breakfast choice heater boot

the location provided views of the dolomites and relaxing areas. both outdoor and indoor pools were available, and the terrace met my expectations. breakfast included a huge variety of choices, and the rooms were well-kept. i found a ski locker with a heater boot rack and the hotel mini bus transported us to the slopes each morning, which helped a lot.

the website displayed only the new rooms. i was assigned an old one, it seemed outdated, though clean. there was no air conditioning, so i found myself warm even with open windows.

the hotel has views of the dolomites. there are many activities at the doorstep, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. i could access the village with a short walk from the hotel. the surrounding peaks offered amazing sights.

half board included a large dinner with salad and dessert buffets. there were also three courses in between each buffet! the hotel offers many choices at both breakfast and dinner, so you'll never get bored.

dolomites delight!

outdoor pool delicious food mountain luxury

The alpine outdoor pool was lovely, i loved swimming surrounded by dolomites with amazing views. the food was delicious every single day. It was beautifully prepared, refined, and full of flavor. every meal felt special, i must say. The hotel sets a standard for mountain luxury and comfort.

our room lacked tea and coffee facilities though, a simple bottle of water was not even provided. this was like a major shortcoming for such a pricey hotel. the lack was disappointing.

outdoor pool friendly staff good breakfast no tea facilities no water no afternoon snack

The hotel offers an outdoor warm pool. sitting there was beautiful. breakfast was very good. I did not expect anything less. staff was very friendly.

our room did not have tea or coffee facilities. we did not even have a bottle of water. the hotel does not provide an afternoon snack. such snacks are quite regular at this level of alpine hotels.
